| We provide these services on three levels: |
- Temporary Employees: DSS employees are assigned to client work locations, to work under client direction. Clients pay an all-inclusive hourly rate for DSS to be responsible for all pay rolling, statutory taxes, insurance and benefits. Upon completion of the assignment, employee is released with no further obligation to client.
- Temp-To-Hire: DSS employee works as temporary employee for a fixed time period and, if acceptable to all parties, is hired by client firm as regular staff member. Client pays hourly rate during temporary period; fee may be payable upon conversion to client staff.
- Direct Placement: DSS screens, recruits, and directs clients for hiring for a nominal fee.
